Returns Policy

§1 General Provisions

These returns regulations apply to all products purchased through the Auto-Parts Dawid Wątkowski online store.

In accordance with applicable law in Poland, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered product.

§2 Return Terms

To exercise the right of return, the product must be intact, must not bear traces of use and must be returned in the original packaging, along with all its components.

The Customer is obliged to inform the Store about the intention to return the product by sending an appropriate declaration to the e-mail address: lefort@wp.pl or via another durable communication medium.

§3 Return Procedure

After informing the Store about the intention to return and accepting the return conditions by the Store, the Customer should send the product back to the following address: Auto-Parts Dawid Wątkowski
ul. Wojska Polskiego 63, 98-200 Sieradz

  • The product should be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed the Store about withdrawal from the contract.
  • The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product.
  • The store does not accept shipments returned cash on delivery.

§4 Return of Payment

The Store undertakes to refund all payments made by the Customer, including the costs of product delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by the Store), immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. returned by the Customer.

The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different solution.

§5 Final Provisions

Any disputes arising from the returns process will be resolved in accordance with applicable Polish law.

The store reserves the right to change the returns policy. Customers will be informed about any changes by updating the content of the regulations available on the Store's website.
