§1 General Provisions

The administrator of personal data collected via the Auto-Parts Dawid Wątkowski online store (hereinafter: Store) is Auto-Parts Dawid Wątkowski with its registered office at ul. Wojska Polskiego 63, 98-200 Sieradz, NIP: 827-209-34-16 (hereinafter: Administrator).

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

§2 Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

The store processes users' personal data in order to process orders, handle complaints and returns, communicate with users, as well as for the purposes of possible legal procedures and resolution of disputes.

The store processes the following personal data of users: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address, invoicing address, payment data.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the services offered by the Store.

§3 Rights of Data Subjects

The data subject has the right to access his or her data and rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing. which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

§4 Data Security

The Administrator undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and introduces security measures to prevent unauthorized access to data.

The Administrator also takes all necessary steps to update and modernize security measures to protect personal data.

§5 Changes to the Privacy Policy

The privacy policy may change, about which users will be informed via the Store's website.

Changes to the privacy policy will be introduced in the event of changes in legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data or changes in the methods of processing personal data by the Administrator.
